The most-ordered roast for the holidays, known as the "prime rib" roast. Sold by the bone — each bone feeds two people, and each bone weighs about 2½–3 lb for Choice and a little more for Prime. Up to 7 bones per roast. Weights are averages, not guarantees — your roast may fall on either side of the estimate, and you pay only for the actual weight.
Want it seasoned? We'll do it free of charge — just tell us in the "Anything for your holiday pickup?" box at checkout whether you'd like Cavallari House Seasoning or our Holiday Blend (seasonal herbs with salt, pepper & garlic). No note = unseasoned.
Reserve with a $20 deposit. Cut to order, close to your target weight, and charged by actual weight at pickup; your deposit comes off the balance. Deposits are refundable until 3 days before your pickup date.
Serving counts are for generous holiday portions. Feeding larger eaters, or want leftovers? Go one size up.
