We get these birds every year from Amish farms in Michigan, where they're raised in a low-stress, holistic environment, and they arrive at our shop fresh the week of Thanksgiving. The result is a tender, juicy, all-natural turkey. We sell out every year, so reserve early.
$4.99/lb. You pay only for the actual weight of your bird.
Choose your size (serving counts based on 1–1½ lb per person — size up if you want leftovers):
8–12 lb · usually on the heavier end · feeds 5–10
12–16 lb · usually 12–14 · feeds 8–14
16–20 lb · usually 16–18 · feeds 10–18
20–24 lb · usually around 22 · feeds 13–22
24+ lb · usually 24–26 · feeds 16+
These are farm-raised birds and weights vary within each range; the "usually" note tells you where they typically land. No specific weight is guaranteed.
How it works: Pay a $20 deposit now to hold your bird in the size you choose. Your balance is the actual weight × $4.99/lb, less your $20 deposit, paid at pickup.
Pick up in-store at Cavallari Gourmet in Oviedo: Monday, Nov 23 or Tuesday, Nov 24 (10am–7pm), or Wednesday, Nov 25 (10am–4pm only). Wednesday is our busiest day — come Monday or Tuesday if you can. Choose your day at checkout.
Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel by Monday, Nov 16. Cancellations after Nov 16, or no-shows, forfeit the $20 deposit.
