This is a whole Turkey deboned, wrapped around a deboned and skinned duck, which is stuffed with chicken thigh and our home made mild Italian sausage stuffing. We then take the duck skin and wrap it back on the outside, because why waste delicious duck skin! Truly our own, delicious take and a delicious alternative to a traditional “Turducken”.
All three birds are from small farms which employ holistic practices.
