All of our sausage is hand-made in our shop. Sausage making is a dying art, however we are dedicated to providing top quality products in every department. We start with whole muscle pork, grind it fresh and hand mix in our spices. We then hand crank small batches of sausage into the all natural hog or sheep casings for the perfect snap every time.
