We'll do it free of charge — just tell us in the "Anything for your holiday pickup?" box at checkout whether you'd like Cavallari House Seasoning or our Holiday Blend (seasonal herbs with salt, pepper & garlic). No note = unseasoned. Cut fresh to order; set the quantity to the number of steaks. Prime filets are charged by actual weight at pickup.
