  • We Received Your Order

    As soon as we receive your order our team jumps into action. We print your order and assess what day it will be sent out. If it is received after 3pm, it will be cut and processed the next day business day. We then assign a tracking number which should automatically be sent to you.

  • We Cut and Pack Your Order

    We then cut your selections in the order which they were received. Each cut must meet our high standards or it will not be sent out. After cutting, we vacuum seal, label and flash freeze to preserve freshness.

  • We Ship Your Order

    We hand your package off to the selected shipper, your meat is on its way! All orders generally ship out the day after they are received. Depending on transit time and destination, your package may begin to thaw while it is in transit which is perfectly normal. We have done extensive testing to ensure we know exactly how to get your meat to you safely.

When ordering please keep our shipping time frames in mind.

  • Florida Customers: If you order Monday - Thursday by 2pm, your order will be shipped out the following business day and will only have 1 day of transit time. If you order Thursday After 2pm - Sunday, your order will be shipped out the following Monday.

  • All orders outside of Florida with 2 day shipping: If you order Monday-Wednesday by 2pm your order will be shipped out the next business day with 2 days of transit time. If you order Wednesday after 2pm - Sunday, your order will be shipped out the following Monday.

  • For orders outside of Florida that select “Next Day Air” shipping and your order is placed Monday-Thursday by 2pm, your order will go out on the next business day. If you place your order Friday-Sunday, your order will ship the following Monday.
