As soon as we receive your order our team jumps into action. We print your order and assess what needs to be cut, and plan your shipment. Orders received before 12PM will be packed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 12PM will likely be shipped out the following day. We ship orders Monday - Thursday. If we receive your order after the cut off time on Thursday, or over the weekend- it will be shipped out on the following Monday for Tuesday delivery.

We then cut your selections in the order which they were received. Each cut must meet our high standards or it will not be sent out. After cutting, we vacuum seal and pack your order. Our packing procedures have been through rigorous testing to ensure safe transit. Most items are sent out fresh, however some items have been flash frozen to ensure freshness.

We hand your package off to the selected shipper, your meat is on its way! Orders are all sent Next Day Air to ensure the freshest product for our customers. If shippers are late a day, do not be alarmed. Our shipping practices ensure packages last longer than the intended transit time!
